Bernadette Stephens is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Cardiovascular Health and Exercise. Utilizing significant experience as a Fitness Coordinator in corporate, clinical and CCRC programs, she takes a personalized and resident-first approach to training. Her creative, unique and tailored programming delivers quality of life improvement for Birch Hill residents.
